Cancellation Policy 

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. 

Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice a cancellation fee of 50% of service price does apply and will be due prior to your next appointment booking. 

If you fail to show for your scheduled appointment (no call, no show) you may be subject to a rebooking fee of the full amount of the missed appointment before a new appointment is accepted. 

Service Re-do Policy 

SERVICES ARE NON- REFUNDABLE. If you are not fully satisfied with the service please contact me within 48 hours to correct the service. All re - do services must take place within 7 days of the original service performed. If you do not contact me within the required time frame you will be required to schedule and pay for a new service. A Re- do service is to correct the agreed upon service performed and cannot be applied if you decide to change your mind. For example: If you're a blonde and wanted to be brunette but decided you don't like it and want to be blonde again. 

Retail Return Policy

You may exchange any opened or unopened retail product within 14 days of purchase as long as 95% is still in the bottle. I  will suggest an alternative product to meet your needs and the value of the product you are returning will be applied towards the new product. Cash or credit back for returned retail products isn't an option. Retail returns can't be used as a service credit.
